Saturday: $3,500
Friday & Sunday (Evenings): $2,500
Weekdays (8am-5pm): $1,000
Refundable Damage Deposit: $500

While there is an additional cost you may add the use of the kitchen facility and/or table cloths and skirts.

Payments
For your convenience payments for your rental can be split into several deposits allowing you to reserve the facility in advance and insure your date.
First Deposit: $875
Second Deposit : $875
Third Deposit: $875
Fourth Deposit: $875
Damage Deposit: $500
If payments are not received in a timely matter, events may be cancelled. All monies paid to the 46th District Agricultural Association are non-refundable.
Catering
Any and all food brought on the premises shall be the sole responsibility of the renter. Renter must ensure that food is adequately and properly prepared and maintained for the health and safety of guests.
Beverage Provision
No alcohol or soft drinks may be brought into the facility. Alcohol and soft drinks must be purchased from the bar. Renters may bring; lemonade, punch, juice, water, and apple cider.
